To Our JO Guests,

To uphold our commitment and standard of care for our guests and team, we would like to take this opportunity to advise you on our current actions to reduce the spread of the COVID-19 virus. While we are remaining calm, our team at JO is taking every precaution to protect you when you visit us.

• We implement a daily salon anti-bacterial cleaning protocol that has been our longstanding cleanliness practice.

• We are vigilant about sanitizing all common area surfaces with anti-bacterial wipes, alcohol, and anti-bacterial sprays through-out the day.

• We have made hand sanitizer readily available to everyone in the salon at all times.

• We are equally vigilant about following recommended hand washing procedures and staying informed of all current CDC guidelines.

• We will temporarily discontinue Hand Rituals- in lieu we will provide sanitized samples of hand relief.
